Presentation: Content 60 capsules of 500 mg

Ingredients: Wild yam powder (Dioscorea composita), microcrystalline cellulose, dibasic calcium phosphate, dry black cohosh’s root extract (Cimicifuga racemosa), dry soy isoflavones extract (Glycine max), omega-3, vitamins and minerals (calcium, phosphorus, iron, magnesium, vitamin C, niacinamide, zinc, vitamin E, vitamin B1, vitamin B6, vitamin B2, copper, vitamin A, folic acid, iodine, fluorine, vitamin B12, vitamin D3), magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide.

Directions: Take one capsule in the morning and one at night.
